Illinois Valley PADS invites you to join us for our 3rd Annual Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) Fundraising Walk on Saturday, February 28, 2026 in Ottawa! This family-friendly, one-mile evening walk will begin at the Jordan Block and is part of a national movement across the U.S. and Canada to raise awareness—and $30,000—to support neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Walking together on a cold winter night helps us experience just a small part of what many face every day without stable housing. Your participation and fundraising will directly support PADS Shelters in Ottawa and Peru, providing warmth, meals, and hope.
